Orange Belgium sets out to do more than just connect businesses and people. The goal? Empower SMEs (50 to 1,000 employees) to overcome their tech hurdles and focus on what truly matters. Their mission? Combine Telco and ICT expertise into one seamless subscription, standing out as a trusted partner in a competitive landscape.

A call for connection

The challenge for us was twofold. First, we needed to build on the success of Orange’s Connected 2024 campaign. Second, we had to introduce ICT solutions across four key pillars — Modern Workplace, Digitalisation, Secure Business, and Innovation. The messaging needed to resonate with SME decision-makers, blending technical expertise with a relatable, human touch. This brief also came with a small challenge: we just had three weeks to produce high-quality videos.

From vision to viral

We dove headfirst into the Connected 2024 campaign, extracting lessons to shape a 2024 strategy tailored for SME audiences. The plan? Create a framework that tied the four pillars into one cohesive story, ensuring Orange Belgium’s ICT solutions stood out as the ultimate support for businesses.

Our big idea: Entrepreneurs thrive when they can focus on what they do best. Orange Belgium takes care of the ICT so businesses can get back to building their goals. Through relatable, humorous scenarios, we brought this vision to life, showing how Orange’s has SMEs covered. A concept that by the way translates seamlessly over different channels.

Execution in action:

  2. Collaboration at its core: Orange’s Marketing and Communication teams worked hand-in-hand with our creatives to fine-tune every detail.
  3. Fast and flawless: A tight three-week timeline didn’t hold us back. We delivered high-quality content by partnering with a production house perfectly aligned with the campaign’s vision.
  4. Guiding the customer journey: From awareness to activation, every campaign element was designed to engage and convert, taking SMEs from interest to action.
