As such, we want to give you the best possible information and control over what happens to your personal data. The Propaganda Group is committed to respecting this to provide you with the best possible experience.

As part of our communication with you (contact, questions, requests, and complaints via our website, e-mail, or other digital channels), we process your name, e-mail address or other data that you provide to us. We would also like to inform you that in case of a spontaneous application or an application for a vacancy, the Propaganda Group will process your personal data and your curriculum vitae in order to process your application. Here we assume your implicit consent based on the e-mail you sent to us, or the form you filled out. In addition, we also process the personal data you provide us through the website for marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) sending e-mails, newsletters, and offers. 3.   What is our legal basis for processing personal data?

The Propaganda Group processes your data, within the context of your visit to our website, in most cases based on your explicit or implicit consent. 4.   How does organization collect your personal data?

We collect your personal data in the following cases:

  3. when booking an appointment in our online calendar;
  4. if you call us, email us or correspond with us in any way other than through the website;
  5. when providing your personal data as part of a job application.

5.   Sharing of personal data

The Propaganda Group does not share your personal data with third parties unless they are third parties who support our services (as processors).

Some of our databases are accessible by third parties working on our behalf who assist us in providing our products and services. For example, hosting our website, developing and managing our applications, or providing our communication platforms. The sharing of your data is only for the purposes for which the Propaganda Group itself processes your data and is limited to the data they need to perform their task on our behalf. We ensure that, like us, they manage your data securely, respectfully, and with due diligence, and we provide adequate contractual safeguards for that purpose.

In all other cases, sharing personal data with a third party is based on a legal obligation, your (explicit) consent or our legitimate interest. You are always transparently informed about this (except in the case of the exceptions provided for by law).

6.   How long do we keep your personal data?

We are committed to keeping personal data no longer than necessary to achieve the intended purposes. In any case, your personal data will not be kept longer than a period of 10 years. The data received in the context of a job application, will be kept to the maximum extent necessary to properly process your application. If appropriate, we will include your curriculum vitae in our recruitment reserve for up to 3 years. Your prior consent will be requested. Under no circumstances will your data be processed for other purposes.  You can request to consult your personal data in our possession or have them deleted.
